the location was good with nice restaurants nearby.
the room was noisy, a TRUE PROBLEM. i could hear EVERYTHING from the rooftop bar above, and it went on late into the night. the noise level was UNACCEPTABLE, and it really detracted from MY stay.

the staff assisted promptly when needed. our rooms had ample space. the rooftop restaurant had delicious food and a beautiful eiffel tower view.
the shower water did not get very hot. a hot bath would have been nice after walking.

I found the staff provided really good service. they addressed inquiries about destinations and activities with detailed recommendations. the rooftop bar is wonderful. It offers a magnificent cityscape view. the free tea, coffee, and water available in the foyer were a welcome amenity! a plentiful breakfast costs 25 euros.
the neighborhood has steep slopes, and i found the metro station a bit of a trek. it has many stairs, and the best restaurants are a few blocks away, slightly inconvenient.

the location proved convenient for accessing various parts of the city.
The shower was clogged, and despite reporting it, it wasn't fixed promptly. The staff said they'd take care of it, but nothing happened because there was only one key. it was only addressed much later, causing considerable inconvenience.

The staff were attentive to requests. the room included complimentary toiletries and a well-stocked minibar. it was really convenient. We loved the location near local shops and cafes!
I found the soundproofing inadequate. Noise from the street disrupted sleep. the thin walls allowed too much sound from neighboring rooms. It was annoying.

I appreciated the modern bathroom. It included a rainfall shower. The bed was VERY comfortable. The rooftop bar provided AMAZING views.
The room was located close to the maid's quarters. There was some noise early in the morning.
